Couples Nutrition Program

Our personalized program with 4-11 sessions is ideal for couples with:

  • Different approaches to the same goal: You may not always agree on the best way to get there.
  • Conflicting food preferences: It can be tricky to plan meals you both enjoy.
  • Time and schedule mismatches: Busy or different routines can make shared meals harder to manage.
  • Social and family temptations: Outings and gatherings can sometimes get in the way of your plan.
  • Sharing responsibilities: Planning and cooking can feel unbalanced at times.
  • Grocery shopping differences: It’s easy for plans to change once you’re in the store.
  • Portion size differences: Finding amounts that work for both of you can be challenging.
  • Nutrition skills: You may each have different levels of knowledge or interest in nutrition and cooking.

I started my weight loss journey with NutriProCan in November 2021. Before contacting them, I was struggling to lose weight, no matter what I tried. I was even going to the gym a minimum of 4 times per week but the scale just wouldn't budge. I started wondering if there was something wrong with me, especially with menopause around the corner. After meeting with my dietitian, Nav, I was given a flexible meal plan that was created specifically for me. It addressed my goals, preferences and portion sizes specific to weight loss and my nutrient needs. I was initially worried that my portions would be small, but the first thing I noticed when I saw my plan was that there was plenty of food! Nav even reviewed the plan thoroughly with me to make sure I was happy with it. Over my time with NutriProCan, Nav further modified my plan based on my body's response and also helped me with any other challenges including emotional eating, special events and trips. From November 2021 to March 2022, I ended up losing 29 lbs and best of all, I feel like I can maintain the changes I made.
